Established in November 2009, The Palette & The Page is a gallery/artist co-op that carries art by local artists, books by local authors, and gently used books.  We are located in Elkton, Maryland, 
a designated Arts and Entertainment District in the State of Maryland.  

We represent 20 artists and 6 local authors full time. We currently feature 
a variety of art on a daily basis. Our gallery is stocked with a collection 
of beautiful handmade items - handcrafted jewelry, paintings, drawings, photography, 
hand-rendered lettering art, finely crafted paper items, textile arts (including baby items), pottery, ceramics, one-of-a-kind greeting cards, wood turned items, crystal and bead window art, Fiction & Nonfiction books by local authors and a wonderful collection of gently used books.

As part of our mission, we are committed to expanding the Arts & Entertainment District in downtown Elkton through our First Friday Events in conjunction with the Elkton Art Loop. 
These evenings, from 5pm to 8pm, we showcase new local artists in our gallery in addition to our commission artists, provide great live music and refreshments. 
Many businesses and other artistic venues in Elkton join us 
in providing unique events on the first Friday of the month also.

Our goals are many:  to support Artists, Authors, the Arts, 
and to provide YOU a place to find unique, handmade, artistic items for yourself 
and gifts for your family and your friends.
